NCC Certificate/ Homeguard Bonus Marks: Rajasthan Police has recently issued the notification to recruit 5390 Constable (General/ Driver/ Telecom Operator) post. The candidate must note that BONUS Marks is only applicable for CONSTABLE (GENERAL DUTY) AND CONSTABLE (OPERATOR) only. If you are applying for DRIVER post then NCC and Homeguard certificate doesn’t give you bonus marks. The Constable Driver have to appear in the Driving Test.
NCC/ Homeguard Bonus Marks
The candidate possessing NCC Certificate in Army/ Navy/ Airforce (A Certificate, B Certificate, C Certificate) shall be awarded bonus marks according to the Govt of Rajasthan rule. The special qualification total marks is 10 marks. So, if the candidate has C Certificate and served 5 years in Homeguard gets total 10 bonus marks. The bonus marks are only for the General and Telecom Operator constable.
For the Post of General & Telecom Operator Constable Post
The candidate applying for the General and Operator Constable post can get Bonus marks as per their extra-qualification. If you have NCC Certificate or Served in the Homeguard duty. The candidates having various N.C.C.-Certificates will be awarded marks as follows (for the highest available certificates only)

|2. HOME GUARDS:-Candidates who have served as Home Guards volunteers would be awarded marks as follows:-|
|(a)||Home Guards volunteer who has served continuously for more than 5 years.||5|
|(b)||Home Guards volunteer who has served continuously for more than 2 years.||4|
|(c)||Home Guards volunteer who has served continuously for more than 1 years.||2|

CONSTABLE (DRIVER): Total 15 Marks for Driving Test
The candidate applying for the DRIVER (Constable) for Rajasthan Police Sipahi Bharti 2017 has to appear in the DRIVING TEST (SKILL & Proficiency Test). The test shall consist of the follow practices tests on the subject of vehicle driving and vehicle maintenance
The proficiency test is for DRIVERS is given below.
- Stop Test: 2 Marks
- Steering Test: 2 Marks
- Slalom Test: Marks
- Driving of Heavy Vehicles: (along with possession 4 Marks of Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence)
- Removing three simple mechanical and 3 Marks electrical faults in the vehicle.
A Candidate fails the test if –
- Basic vehicle operation is not demonstrated smoothly.
- The driver cannot demónstrate control of the vehicle when driving and braking.
- The driver hits the obstacle(s).
- The driver cannot pass the slalom Circuit.
Candidates failing to qualify in the proficiency test shall be disqualified for selection.
